Lennox White

Lennox is an experienced investor and operator with over 15 years in finance and asset management, most recently working at a prominent private credit firm. He’s passionate about working with founders to preserve what makes their businesses special while helping them grow through their next stage of success.

Before co-founding Bright Path Investments, Lennox built deep expertise in restructuring, credit, and valuation through roles at Citi, RBC Capital Markets, and JP Morgan. His background gives him a strong foundation in understanding what drives healthy, enduring businesses—and how to support them with thoughtful, hands-on leadership.

Lennox holds a JD/MBA from New York University’s School of Law and Stern School of Business, and a BS in Finance from Lehigh University.

Karima Mouhoubi

Karima is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with deep experience in building and optimizing complex organizations. As Senior Director of hospital off-site operations at a prominent hospital system in NJ, she oversees the growth and performance of multiple outpatient facilities, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and operational excellence.

Over her career, Karima has led major initiatives in imaging, ambulatory surgery, and cardiology—managing projects that expand access, improve efficiency, and bring new technology to patients and providers alike. Known for her hands-on leadership style and ability to unite teams around shared goals, she has a proven track record of turning strategic plans into lasting results.

Karima holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Francis College.
